The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is knee-deep in pot.

Sheriff David Gee (Jee) said Thursday that deputies raided 62 Tampa-area homes and seized a ton and a half of marijuana and marijuana plants. The high-grade pot has an estimated street value of $13 million.

About 70 people were arrested in the grow house raids and more are expected. Growers illegally tapping into power lines stole more than a million dollars worth of electricity.

Gee said it was the agency's largest ever pot seizure.
