FAMU DRS will kick off Homecoming week with "Sock out Diabetes" Day. One of the students, Joni Lindsey, who has diabetes, spearheaded the idea and gained support of the event from local businesses. Administrators, faculty,staff and Students, will all wear different styles and color socks signifying diabetes awareness.
