The women of Essence is a non-profit organization. Our mission is to encourage, uplift and inspire underprivileged teenage girls to receive the self-esteem, confidence and skills they need to reach their individual potential domestically, academically, as well as socially. We will celebrate our 2nd year of success working in these capacities with these wonderful young ladies.
