Celebrity Chef: Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

  • 1 medium size glass oven safe mixing bowl with lid.

  • 1 wooden spoon.

  • 1 spatula.

  • 24 Reynolds Bake Cups (any size will do.)

  • 1/16oz Pillsbury Creamy Supreme Chocolate Fudge cake frosting.

  • 1/16oz Creamy (or Chunky) Peanut Butter (you can use the same container the frosting came in to assure the same amount.)

  • 1 8oz Cup of chopped nuts (Walnuts/Pecans; any nuts to your liking). Save a small portion of the nuts to sprinkle with.

    Place the Chocolate Fudge and Peanut Butter in bowl. Cover and heat for 1 minute in the microwave. Gently stir in 3/4 cup of nuts.

    Spoon in the desired amount in the bake cups or drop onto a freezer safe plate/container. Sprinkle or dust remaining nuts over the top or on the bottom or both before dropping the ingredients in cups.

    Freeze for 10-15 minutes or serve hot. This will satisfy any sweet tooth and treat your palate as a playground.
