Celebrity Chef: Triple Peanut Clusters

Our Celebrity Chef for Monday will be Debbie Bergsrtom Breeze. She is the Executive Director of Communities In School Leon. CIS serves Leon County by connecting community resources with schools to help young people successfully learn, stay in school, graduate and prepare for life. Debbie will be making Triple Chocolate Peanut Clusters.

Triple Chocolate Peanut Clusters

Makes 3 pounds


  • 2 pounds white chocolate

  • 1 12-ounce package semisweet chocolate chips

  • 1 12-ounce package milk chocolate chips

  • 1 24-ounce jar unsalted dry roasted peanuts


  • Melt all chocolate in an electric skillet on lowest setting, or in a double broiler, stirring until melted.

  • Cool for 5 minutes and stir in peanuts.

  • Drop onto wax paper by tablespoons.

  • Let cool completely.

  • Wrap and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
