Celebrity Chef: Russian Salad “VINEGRET”

  • Sauerkraut 1 can
  • Red beans 1 can
  • Boiled potatoes 2-3
  • Boiled Carrots 4-5
  • Boiled Beets 1-2
  • Pickles “CLAUSSEN KOSHER DILL” 1 can
  • Onion 1
  • Green onion, Dill and Parsley
  • Olive Oil

    Put 1 can of Sauerkraut in salad bowl (rinse before in cold water and squeeze). Add chopped boiled vegetable: potatoes, carrots and beets. Chop pickles and onion and add to salad bowl. Mix all together and add olive oil. On the top of salad put, green onion, parsley or dill.
