1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. green onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp dried cilantro or if fresh, add to taste
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
4 tsp lime juice
1 can black beans
1 can red beans
1 can garbanzo beans
Drain and rinse beans.
Combine with chopped vegetables.
Add oil, vinegar, and lime juice.
Toss all together.
Chill for 8 hours.
