Celebrity Chef: Crab Boil

  • ½ lb. Salt
  • 10 oz. Red Pepper
  • 4 Garlic Bulbs
  • 4 Banana Peppers
  • 2 tbs. Liquid Crab Boil
  • 6 Ears Corn
  • 1 lb. Shrimp
  • 1 doz. Blue Crabs
  • 1 lb. Sausage
  • 1 lb. White potatoes
  • 2 lbs. Crawfish (optional)

    Bring water to a boil then add ingredients and cook for ten minutes. Add one dozen crabs, corn, potatoes and sausage, boiling vigorously for five minutes. Add shrimp for five minutes. Let crabs, corn and potatoes simmer in water for ten minutes. Remove all, place on platter and enjoy.
