3 to 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 cups chopped celery
1 cup pineapple tidbits drained
1 cup seedless red and green grapes
1 cup mandarin oranges drained
1 cup nuts chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 small red apple chopped
Garlic to taste
Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve on salad greens with crackers.
