Celebrity Chef: Southern Pea Pickin' Cake

Cake:

1 Box Yellow Butter Recipe Cake Mix

4 Eggs

1 1/2 Cups Oil

1 Small Can Mandarin Oranges in Juice

Filling:

1- 12 oz. carton Cool Whip

1 Small Box Vanilla Instant Pudding

1 Large Can Sweetened, Crushed Pineapple in Juice

For Cake: Beat all ingredients until well blended and put into 3 greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 for approx. 25 minutes.

For Frosting: Combine pineapple and juice with pudding. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread between the cake layers and on top and down sides of cake.

Cake must be stored in refrigerator.
