Celebrity Chef: DeeDee Myers’ Guacamole Grande

  • 3 or 4 large, ripe avocados
  • 1-2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 1 Medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Cup medium thick and chunky salsa
  • 1 Pkg Hidden Valley Original Ranch dressing dry mix
  • 1 Ripe tomato, diced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic powder
  • A few drops of your favorite hot sauce, to taste (if desired)
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (if desired)

    Peel and mash the avocados, leaving some larger chunks. Add remaining ingredients. Chill and serve with tortilla chips. (Art prefers the ones with a hint of lime!) You can also use as a dip for fresh veggies. Best if chilled overnight to let flavors blend.
