Celebrity Chef: Warm Crab Dip


  • two 6 oz cans of crab meat
  • one 8 oz package of cream cheese
  • one 8 oz container of sour cream
  • ½ cup green onion chopped
  • Shredded cheese
  • one bag of Tostitos or Scoops

    In a small Crockpot, combine sour cream, cream cheese, crab meat and chopped onion until melted together, stirring occasionally. After melted, add shredded cheese as top layer. Serve warm in Crockpot with Tostitos chips.

    Another variation without Crockpot – soften cream cheese to room temperature. Stir in sour cream and green onions. Blend well. Add crab meat and fold in gently. Place crab mixture in a shallow baking dish and cover with a layer of shredded cheese. Bake in the oven on 350 for about 20 – 25 minutes or until hot.
