Ingredients:
-Vegetable Oil
-30 Wings
-Salt
-1 & 1/2 tsp mayonnaise
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 cup of your favorite hot sauce
-1/2 stick of butter
Directions:
In a large, deep skillet, add vegetable oil until half full. Bring oil to 350 degrees. Pat thawed wings dry and sprinkle with salt. If wings are not separated, separate at joint, then pat dry. Sprinkle with salt. Once oil is heated, carefully place wings in skillet (oil may pop). Now start the sauce: In a medium pot, melt 1/2 stick of butter. Once butter is melted, turn heat to low and add hot sauce, garlic powder, and mayonnaise. Stir until chunks of mayonnaise are gone. Keep heat at low, stirring occasionally.
Turn wings over occasionally. Wings may take 10-15 minutes to fully cook. Once done, they should be a golden color. When wings are done, place in a strainer to drain some of the oil. Take wing sauce off of the heat and toss in wings.
Eat with your favorite dressing and celery.
