Celebrity Chef: Ham and Cheese Omelet


Three (3) well beaten eggs per serving
One (1) slice of chopped ham
½ cup sautéed onions
One (1) slice of diced American cheese or cheese of choice
Chopped bell peppers desired amount
Two (2) tablespoons of butter
One (1) pinch of salt
Add black pepper as desired

Cooking Instructions:

Grease skillet pan with butter.

Pour eggs in a hot skillet pan.

Use spatula to move eggs from the outer edge of the skillet pan until eggs are completely done.

Add ingredients on top of either side of the eggs.

Fold the eggs over the ingredients until all ingredients are covered.

Reduce heat allow cheese to melt.

Slide omelet into serving plate.

Add garnish with parsley and strawberries.

Serve with diced potatoes, grits or fresh fruit.
