Celebrity Chef: Dry Rub

Prep Time: 10 minutes


- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoons cayenne


Mix ingredients together. Store in an airtight container. Spread evenly on prepared ribs that have been patted dry and let sit until the rub appears moist.

After you rub the ribs with your seasoning,

Place ribs on smoker that is between 225 -250 degrees. Cook for 6 hours. Serve with sauce on the side or brushed on ribs after taken off smoker.

If cooking on charcoal grill, place coals on one side and meat on the other side.
