1 lb. mushroom caps (cleaned and stemmed)
1 lb lump crabmeat (picked and shelled)
1 tsp. garlic chopped
1/4 cup pickled Jalapeño peppers chopped fine
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/4 pound cheddar jack cheese shredded
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup mayo
2 oz grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees place mushrooms on a greased baking sheet. Mix all other ingredients together in a large bowl. Top each mushroom cap with 2 tsps of filling and bake for 30 minutes.
