Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
Onion (sliced or chopped)
Button Mushrooms (cleaned & sliced)
Pinch of garlic salt or regular salt
Swiss cheese (about 10-12 slices)
Tony's Seasoning (Cajun)
Pound out chicken breast and season with Tony's. Place on heated grill and cook. Once cooked, cut into strips.
Melt butter and sauté onion one pan. Sauté mushrooms in butter in another pan. (I usually do this separately b/c there is a lot of water in the mushrooms that need to cook out). But if you are under time constraints, you can use just one pan to sauté onion & mushrooms together. I then add a pinch of garlic salt or regular salt.
Once the mushrooms & onions are done I combine them to one pan and then add slices of Swiss cheese all on top to melt.
Rinse and chop up lettuce and mix with a few tablespoons of mayo. Put lettuce/mayo onto plate. Then add sliced chicken. Next lay the mushroom/onion/cheese mixture on top. Then add sliced or chopped tomatoes around plate with a little sprinkle of Tony’s on top.
