Guiltily Easy Homemade Pot Pie


  • Refrigerated Pie Crust (2 per box)
  • Bag of frozen mixed vegetables 16 oz.
  • 1 cup of chunked meat/tofu (chicken or beef)
  • 8 oz. jar of gravy* (matching meat choice)
  • Utensils
  • 8-9 inch Pie Plate
  • Large Spoon
  • Optional cookie cutter

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    Place one pie crust into pie plate.
    Open bag of mixed vegetables and pour into pie crust.
    Add chunks of meat and one jar of gravy.
    Carefully stir ingredients in pie crust.
    Place remaining pie crust over the top –
    Vent with slits or cut a shape with the cookie cutter into top crust
    Bake for 40 minutes

    Serve with apple slices
    Add any spices, jazz it up –Mexican, Italian…you are limited by your imagination

    * add more gravy for moister pie.
