1 lb ground beef
1 onion diced
1 - 2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons of garlic salt
2 teaspoons of pepper
1 can of mushrooms
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 16oz tub of sour cream
1 bag of medium egg noodles
Brown the ground beef and onion; Add the flour; Add the garlic salt, pepper and mushrooms; Add the cream of mushroom soup; Add the sour cream
Prepare the noodles and serve the stroganoff over the noodles.
