Festival Cupcakes

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees

Combine following:

  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 2 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 1/2 Cup Self Rising Flour
  • 1 1/4 Cup Wesson Oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

    Mix well.

    Fill paper lined cupcake tins 2/3 full with batter.
    Bake in 325 degree oven for approx. 20-25 minutes. Makes approximately 36 cupcakes.

    Frost cupcakes with favorite frosting and enjoy!
