You will need...
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, beat cake mixes, eggs, and vegetable oil. Batter should be very stiff and sticky. Roll into 1 inch balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet, and tap the tops of the balls to flatten slightly. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes, until slight indentions remain when touched. DO NOT overbake! It is better to underbake than overbake. Cool completely.
Then in a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugar little by little until you have added it all. Add vanilla. Mix until smooth. Spread on bottom half of cookie, then top with another cookie making sure the bottom of the cookies are touching the icing. Allow to set as long as you can. I personally think they're the best the day after you make them! Be sure to store in closed containers so cookies will not lose their moisture. ENJOY!
