1 cooked chicken breast cut up
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 15oz can black beans
1 15 oz can corn
tortillas
salsa
I use a griddle but you can pan fry these as well. Heat griddle to 350.
Place the chicken, cheese, beans, and corn in a bowl and stir together. After mixing the ingredients place a large spoonful(s) on the tortilla and roll up. Place the wrap on the griddle and cook about 5 minutes per side. The salsa can be added prior to or after cooking. As salsa tastes can vary widely, I prefer to let the person eating use the amount or type of salsa they prefer.
