    Sesame Chicken Tossed Salad Wrap

  • Whole-wheat Wraps 10-12” diameter.
  • 3 oz or one small, - Grilled Chicken Breast, sliced into ½ “ dice
  • 4-5 oz (3-4 leaves) Romaine of Butter Lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces
  • 1 pinch Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Sliced Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Crispy Rice Noodles (La Choy brand is best)
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Dressing (Ken’s Lite Asian is very good).
  • 2 Toothpicks
  • 1 Stainless steel or glass salad tossing bowl and tossing utensils.

Lay the wrap on the counter in front of you.
In a large stainless steel or glass bowl, combine all salad ingredients with the dressing; toss gently, but thoroughly, to ensure the dressing is evenly distributed.
Tilt the salad bowl over the wrap, and using your salad tossing utensils, scoop the tossed salad onto the bottom half of the wrap.
Take the sides of the wrap and fold them in slightly to enclose the sides
Holding these sides, now take the bottom edge of the wrap, and roll this over the dressed salad.
This is tricky and you will need to use your hands to prevent salad leaves from spilling out. The end result will look somewhere between a stuffed burrito and an egg roll wrap.
Roll up the wrap and place two toothpicks along the length of the wrap.
Cut the wrap in the middle and garnish with your favorite chips.

Tip: This wrap is also great with your favorite Chicken or Shrimp Caesar salad, with croutons adding a surprising and flavorful crunch to the wrap.
