Hot Artichoke Dip

  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (9-ounce) can artichoke hearts
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

    1.) Cut artichoke hearts up, then mix cheese, mayonnaise, garlic and chopped artichoke hearts up in a bowl. Spoon the mixture into a casserole dish.

    2.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with any form of crackers.

    3.) Yields about 8 servings.
