Add seasoning: garlic, salt and pepper.
Place chicken on the grill.
While chicken is cooking sauté mushrooms with olive oil, onion, and chilies until onions are tender.
Set mixture aside until chicken breasts are almost ready.
Then with a slotted spoon, dip out enough of the mixture to cover each chicken breast.
Next place a slice of provolone cheese over the top of the mushroom mixture.
Continue grilling until chicken reaches 160 degrees.
Enjoy over yellow rice or your favorite rice.
