Bubble Up Pizza

  • 1 ½ lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15oz) pizza sauce
  • 2 tubes biscuits
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Pre-heat oven to 400.

    In a skillet, brown beef and drain. Stir in pizza sauce. Quarter the biscuits and place in a greased 13x9 pan. Top with beef mixture.

    Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle cheeses on top, bake additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.

    Let stand for 5 minutes.
