Celebrity Chef: Meg's Chocolate Sauce from Heaven

So simple—just combine the best three ingredients on earth:

6 oz. bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons brandy

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over barely simmering water. When the chocolate is melted, whisk in the cream and brandy. Serve warm over cake, or dip strawberries or banana spears. When I made this for my family over Christmas, my cousin Mary chased people with a spoon, loaded with the sauce, saying “You must have this! I don’t care if you are on a diet!”
