1 can Eagle Brand milk
4 T. lemon juice
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 lg. can crushed pineapple,
2 graham cracker pie crusts
drained well, pressed to remove juice
Fold all ingredients together and pour into 2 graham cracker pie crusts. Keep refrigerated. Also good frozen! Each pie serves 6 to 8.
