Celebrity Chef: “Cheesy” Baked Spaghetti

Two large yellow onions (diced)
Three bell peppers (diced)
1 container of fresh sliced mushrooms
Italian Seasoning (too taste)
2 tsps. of minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Crushed red pepper to taste
Two large jars of favorite spaghetti sauce
One box of favorite spaghetti
1lb of ground round
1lb of favorite breakfast sausage (preferably spicy)
1 lb of favorite cream cheese (room temperature)
8 oz of ricotta cheese
8 oz of shredded mozzarella
8 oz of Mexican cheese blend

Sauté all vegetables first until translucent and slightly caramelized, then add ground meats. Continue to sauté until meats are brown and well crumbled. Drain excess fat and add to pot of sauce. Bring to a nice simmer for about thirty minutes—season to taste. Boil one whole box of spaghetti until done. Then add drained pasta to sauce and combine. Then add cream cheese cut into quarters and combine. Then pour contents into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and dried parsley flakes. Place into 350 degree until cheese melts and is golden brown. Cool and serve.
