8 oz. of Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese
14 oz. (net wt.) can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 bag of Baked Honey Graham Goldfish by Pepperidge Farm
Fresh fruit of your choice - Diced
-In a glass bowl, blend cream cheese and condensed milk together until smooth and creamy. Let stand.
-In a large ziploc bag, add honey graham goldfish and beat until you have crumbs. (Hint: Large crumbs give more crunch.)
-Take fish crumbs and place in a small dish, ramekin, or even glass. Top with filling and then add your favorite fruit. Garnish with mint leaves if your kids give you time!!! Enjoy!!
Hint: For dieters and those with food restrictions, substitute goldfish with granola, fill bowl with fruit and add a dollop of filling over the top.
