Celebrity Chef: BettyAnn’s Blueberry Crunch

Ingredients:

Blueberry/Blackberry pie filling (1-2 cans)
8oz cream cheese
Graham crackers (1-2 stacks)
Powdered sugar (1 cup)
Butter (1 stick)
Vanilla flavoring (1-2 teaspoons)

Directions:

Melt butter. Crush graham crackers and then add to melted butter. Press into bottom of a pan. Set aside.
Mix cream cheese, while slowly adding powdered sugar to the mixture. Then add vanilla flavoring. Place mixture on top of graham cracker mix. Set aside.
Take the fruit filing and place on top of cream cheese.

Cover dessert and place in the refrigerator/freezer for 45-60 minutes.

Serve with ice cream or alone
Serving size: ½ cup
Serves: 4-8 people
