Celebrity Chef: Peach & Blueberry French Toast

1 ½ cups blueberries
2 cups sliced peaches
1 cup brown sugar
8 oz cream cheese- cubed
1 teas ground cinnamon
½ teas nutmeg
½ cup butter
2 loaves slices French
7 eggs
1 ½ cups half & half
½ cup sugar
1 teas vanilla

Spray 9x13 in pan
In small saucepan melt brown sugar and butter Pour mixture into prepared pan spread peaches and blueberries over top. Layer ½ l sliced French bread over top of mixture scatter cream cheese over top- add balance of drench bread. In large bowl combine eggs ,half & half vanilla and sugar - Pour egg mixture over bread . Cover dish And refrigerated over night- Following morning Preheat oven to 350 deg – bake uncovered 40-50 minutes until set.
Note: if you use glass pan do not preheat oven.
