Ingredients: Stale Bread, Bacon, Eggs, Cucumber, Green Onions, Garlic Cloves, Olive Oil, Anchovy Fillets, Salt, Vinegar
1) Dice up the stale bread; set aside
2) Fry up several slices of bacon; cut into small pieces; set aside
3) Hard boil some eggs; peel and slice into small pieces; set aside
4) Peel and slice a cucumber; set aside
5) Dice green onions; set aside
6) Mash garlic cloves in a mortar and pestle
7) Add olive oil, anchovies, bread cubes, and salt to the garlic paste; mash it all into a paste together
8) Transfer paste into a large bowl, add vinegar to taste, and add water to reach the desired thickness
9) Top with bacon, egg slices, diced cucumber, and green onions
10) Eat!
