1 cup all purpose flour
1 stick unsalted butter
3/4 cup chopped peanuts (plain)
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup cool whip
1 large box instant chocolate pudding
2 1/2 cups milk
Preheat oven to 350 *degrees. Cut cold butter into small squares and add to flour, mix with a fork then add peanuts. Press crust into 11X7 baking dish. Bake at 350 *degrees for 20 minutes. Cool completely before adding layers.
Combine room temperature cream cheese, peanut butter and cool whip with mixer.
Slowly add confectioner sugar until all components are incorporated. Spread mixture on top of cooled crust.
Whisk 2 1/2 cups cold milk with pudding mix according to package instructions. Spread pudding over second layer. Top with additional layer of cool whip and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
