Celebrity Chef: Teriyaki Steaks

1 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce
½ cup Brown sugar
½ cup Lemon Juice
½ cup pineapple juice
1 onion, cut up
1 TBS garlic, minced
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
6-8 8-10 oz steaks, cut to at least 1 inch thickness– (Ribeye, NY Strip, or Beef Tenderloin)

Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Let cool at room temperature. When cooled, pour into Zip lock bag, add steaks and seal tightly. Marinate at least 8 hours, but preferably overnight for best results. The longer the better! Turn meat over once or twice to make sure marinade reaches every steak.

Cook steaks on the grill to desired doneness.
