Lump Crab Meat
Marinate tilapia filets in lemon juice for 2-3 hours. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic. Cook tilapia in frying pan coated with olive oil (about 1-2 tablespoons) until golden brown.
Sauté finely diced onion, bell pepper and celery in separate pan with olive oil. Add lumb crab meat seasoned to taste with garlic powder, crushed dill, salt and pepper.
Cook for about 10 minutes.
Serve tilapia topped with sautéed crab.
