Celebrity Chef: Watermelon Smoothie

2 cups seeded watermelon chunks (ripe & sweet)
1 cup cracked ice
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1-2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon almond extract

Combine all ingredients in blender container. Blend until smooth.

Yields 2-3 servings
