Celebrity Chef: Chicken Biscuit & Pup-Sickles

Chicken Biscuit

READ RECIPE COMPLETELY BEFORE PREPARING

Wheat Flour 2 cups
Corn Meal 1 cup
Salt pinch
Egg
Vegetable Oil 3 Tbl
Parsley 2 tsp
Chicken Broth 3/4 cup

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix flour, cornmeal and salt in one bowl.
In separate and larger bowl, whip egg with oil, parsley and chicken broth. Add flour mixture and mix until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough and roll out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into dog pleasing shapes.

Bake for 15 minutes. Cool the biscuits before serving.


Pup-Sickles

Orange Juice 1 Quart
Banana, Mashed 1
Plain Yogurt 1/2 cup

Put all ingredients into a blender and puree.
Pour into container and freeze.
Store in freezer until needed.
