Crispy Fish Fry

1 lemon sliced into 8 equal sections
2 lb of flaky white fish
1 ½ c of flour
1 T of paprika
2 T of salt split
1 T of pepper split
1 ½ T of granulated
2 ½ c of oil for frying
10 in skillet or fry daddy (Home fryer)
Pair tongs


Pre heat oil to 350 degrees F. While oil is heating season fish with 1 T of salt and ½ T of pepper. Combine flour with remaining seasonings and aside. Take fish and dredge in seasoned flour and place in 350 degree oil. ( If using a skillet cook on one side for 3 min and turn and cook for additional 2 mins. ) Cook for 6-7 minutes or until golden. Remove from oil and drain on a wire rack or my preferred method, paper towels. Garnish with lemon slices and enjoy.
