Ingredients:
Tea Spoon of Olive Oil
1/2 Onion Chopped
Pinch of Crushed Red Pepper
3 Cloves of Garlic Minced
Pinch of Tarragon
1/2 Cup Clam Juice
2 Cups of Heavy Cream
Directions:
In Med Sauce Pan Put Olive Oil, Onions, Crushed Pepper and Garlic. Saute Until Onions are Translucent.
Add Clam Juice and Heavy Cream and Reduce in Half
Salt and Pepper to taste
Squeeze of Lemon and Hot Sauce If you lIke
