10 bamboo skewers
10 - 16-20 deveined shrimp
1/2 lb lump crab meat
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
I teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
I tbsp Chardonnay wine
I tbsp finely chopped green onion
Directions:
Skewer shrimp
Stuff with mixture
Wrap in wonton wrapper
Fry for 2-4 minutes at 350º
Arrange artistically on plate with dipping sauce!
