For the past nine seasons the face of FSU basketball has changed. At the helm of the transformation has been Leonard Hamilton, who has seen his team battle through the good times, and the bad.
FSU men's head basketball coach Leonard Hamilton says,
"I've sensed a little bit more of a passion to move our program further along then where we are now and I do feel that we've made significant amount of progress.
With most of the success coming in the last two seasons. Two top four ACC regualr season finishes and two trips to the NCAA tournament, has his team full of confidence heading into a new chapter.
Leonard Hamilton adds,
"This team seems to not be satisfied with where we are. There seems to be a very quiet confidence about them, they really like each other and I think they respect the talents that each one of them brings to the table. By no stretch of the imagination are we a finished product and where we like to be but we think we will be if we continue to work hard but I do think we've made significant progress."
Coach Hamilton will get to see how far his team has come on Wednesday when the Seminoles host their first exhibition game of the season, against Rollins.
