Georgia Releases 2012 Spring Soccer Schedule
The Bulldogs will open the spring season this Sat., Feb. 25, at home vs. the 2011 Final Four-bound Seminoles at 2 p.m. at the UGA Soccer Stadium.

ATHENS, Ga. --- The Georgia soccer team is set to begin its spring schedule this weekend at home vs. perennial power Florida State, highlighting six dates announced by head coach Steve Holeman on Monday.
The Bulldogs will open the spring season this Sat., Feb. 25, at home vs. the 2011 Final Four-bound Seminoles at 2 p.m. at the UGA Soccer Stadium. Georgia then travels to Clemson on March 3 for a 1 p.m. meeting with the Tigers, before taking on SEC foe Auburn in a neutral-site clash on March 8 in Atlanta.
Georgia will then host a 7-a-Side tournament at home with five other in-state schools including Kennesaw State, Mercer, North Georgia College & State University, Georgia College, and Armstrong Atlantic beginning at 9 a.m.
The Bulldogs then travel to take on South Carolina and UNC Charlotte on the road on April 1 and will wrap up the spring slate April 14 at home vs. a delegation of program alumni.
Georgia finished the 2011 season at 13-7-2 overall (6-3-2 SEC) and ranked No. 28 in the final Top Drawer Soccer poll.
