Anna Johnson: “Tell me your name and how old you are.”

Aaron: “Aaron and I am 14 years old. I made A B honor roll this year, and I have been academically promoted to the next grade. ”

Craig Anderson, Child Advocate: “He is very smart, very intelligent for his age.”

Jason Dimitris, DCF Chief of Staff: “Aaron had an impact on all of us. Because at the Myron Rolle Wellness and Leadership Academy, Aaron got the opportunity to climb this wall and it was a wall that went straight up in the air 70 feet.”

Aaron: “The smallest and only one that made it all the way to the top. I want to go to college and get a degree and everything and then… I would like to go and build and design cars.”

Aaron: "I took a Mustang motor apart at 7 and put it back together when I was 8 and half.”

Anna: “That is just amazing. You are a great kid. Looks to me like you are going to excel at just about anything that you do in life.”

Aaron: "I am trying to have a positive attitude through what I am doing, because if you are not going positive then you are not going to come out positive.”

Anna: “Very true. When you think about some parents. What do you want to see in parents for yourself?”

Aaron: “Interact with the child and like show them that you want them to be there, and like they mean something to you. You just want to know that you have somebody behind you.”
