Frank's bright spirit and drive to succeed are hard to miss. When he gets his mind set on what he wants he goes after it. That go-getter attitude is what has carried him through his time in foster care so far, and is what he hopes will help him fulfill his dream of attending FSU and becoming a fashion designer.
