"And you are how old?"

Takei, looking for a forever family:
"Nine."

Anna Johnson:
"Tell me about yourself what are some of the other things you like to do?"

Takei:
"Pretty much everything."

Anna:
"Like what?"

Takei:
"Like math, reading science, and social studies."

Anna:
"You sound like you are doing very well in school, are you?"

Takei:
"Straight A's."

Josey:
"She loves going to school she makes straight A's."

Anna:
"Takei, tell me about Marilyn is she fun to be around? What are some of the things you like doing together?"

Takei:
"Watch TV, play with our dog, play with Coco."

Josey:
"She loves being with her sister."

Anna:
"Yes, you can tell that. What do you want to do when you grow up?"

Takei:
"Be a veterinarian, it is because I figured out that because someone told me that if I will be a veterinarian I can get more money. So I can help more people who had to live on the streets because they don't have any money or food."

Josey:
"I would love to see them with a permanent family."

Takei:
"I want it to be a nice one with a puppy, like Coco."

Josey:
"They need somebody who just knows how to love kids."
