School Bus Safety Week at Bond Elementary

Bob the Builder had Buddy the Bus show off his bus safety skills. The show at Bond Elementary School this morning was huge hit as a part of School Bus Safety Week.

Superintendent of Leon County Schools Jackie Pons said, "It's very important that when students get on the bus that they understand what they need to do and this is a great day for Leon County to have the opportunity to talk directly to the students and to let them know what procedures are in place in order to keep them safe."

The show emphasized the importance of school bus safety, so kids and bus drivers can work as a team to keep things safe.
