TPD Breakfast

Quite the contrary, dozens of locals attended the "TPD and You Breakfast" ... taking an opportunity to meet with Chief Dennis Jones and other law enforcement officials.

Residents expressed concerns about gang activity and an increase in bank robberies, but applauded the department for cracking down on speeders in some residential areas.

"I think it's great. I met the chief this morning and I met a lot of the officers. It gives us an to opportunity to meet them so if we call, of if I ever want to do some dealings with the city because we've got problems, then they'll know who I am," said James Miller.

Today's breakfast was the last of the year, but several more "TPD and You Breakfasts" will be held next year.
