The FSU School of Hospitality has decided to take one of it's class projects and put it towards the Big Bend Hospice House. The dinner costs about two-thousand dollars, but will be completely free for the Big Bend Hospice.

Jesse Edmunds, a student with the School of Hospitality and the projects executive chef says, "We're loading it with all the food here and we're take everybody over and at 6:00pm, we're going to put on a nice dinner for 50 of the hardest workers at Hospice. We're basically going to put on a nice four course meal for them and show them how much we really appreciate what they do"

This week's dinner is one of four projects students get to participate in for a "real-world" experience in catering and managing a restaurant.
