Retailers expected a tough holiday season this year, but special offers still lured people out of bed at three A-M this morning. Here are some shots of Kohl's, Best Buy, and Circuit City from very early this morning in Tallahassee.

We spoke with a few of the smaller locally owned stores and they say it was not the bargains that drove their sales. Rachel Nickens with Quarter Moon Imports says, "People come looking for something unique and a lot of people bring there whole family, they'll have their grandparents or aunts and uncles in town and they'll bring them to quarter moon to show them the unique part of Tallahassee and what local business have to offer."

As far as businesses luring customers in with bargains, there's a good chance you can still find deals throughout the holiday season.
